“Painting the Stars: Science, Religion, and an Evolving Faith”

“Painting the Stars” – new weekly program beginning August 7

“When I have a terrible need of – dare I say, ‘religion’? – then I go outside at night and paint the stars.”  – Vincent Van Gogh

Our Board of Lifelong Learning presents “Painting the Stars: Science, Religion, and an Evolving Faith” a weekly program starting Monday, August 7, 2017 from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. hosted by Debby Stinton, Assistant Pastor. This is a seven-week program and was produced by the same people that did “Living the Questions.”

Celebrating the communion of science and faith, “Painting the Stars” explores the promise of evolutionary Christian spirituality. There is a participant reader written by evolutionary theologian Bruce Sanguin that goes along with the video presentation.
